FAQs

How much does staging cost?

Each property is different and we are more than happy to give you a free quote. We do have several packages but our average staging is about $1,900 for 60 days for a less than 2,000 sqft. house. We do customize our quotes based on the house and the package you select, so the best option is to have us come out and take a look!

Do you ever sell the inventory in the staged houses?

We have sold the inventory in the past, we usually provide a quote upon request for the furniture and accessories separately. Please keep in mind that we choose furniture based on how it looks and weighs, so it may not be the most comfortable!

Do you require any contracts or written agreements?

Once you have decided that our package is the direction you want to go, we will send out a two page contract via Docusign. It will cover everything from which rooms we are designing to the cost and length of the staging. If you have any questions while going over it, please do not hesitate to call us!

Do your prices include photography?

The quote we provide does not include photography. I do have a photographer that I work with, she provides aerial shots(if not in a no fly zone) as well as wonderful room pictures. All of the photos on my site are taken by her. If you would like to add photography to the package, it will be an additional $250.

Can I see samples of your work?

We do have a few samples on our website, but we are more than willing to provide you with more pictures. We can send you MLS links to current stagings or email with specific styles.

Is it ok to be there while staging or have other vendors there at the same time?

As much as we love to talk, we are there to get a job done. If there are other vendors there it takes us additional time to move around them. They are also not aware that they shouldn’t be using our towels or sitting on our furniture. So, it’s best if all things are completed before the staging is brought in.
