We will come to your home and do an in-home consultation where we will assess from a buyers perspective and provide you with a cost effective solution to best show your property. We can help you look for the perfect finishing touches for your existing furnishings.
What you’ll receive:
We come to the home and spend an hour giving you a complete room to room list of everything we would recommend completing before listing the home.
It is a written report with photos and if you need to follow up with us, we can help you.
Your investment:
The written report and consultation are $150. We will send you an invoice which will be due within 7 days of the appointment.
